Consignment Item Requirements

To maintain high resale value, all items must meet the following conditions:
✅ Clean & Excellent Condition – Items must be free from stains, tears, and excessive wear.
✅ Footwear – Wipe down shoes and ensure minimal signs of wear.
✅ Bags & Accessories – No rips, missing parts, or significant damage.
✅ Home & Baby Items – Freshly laundered and fully functional.
✅ Safety Compliance – Baby items must meet current safety standards.

✅ Large furniture must be free from excessive wear, stains, or structural damage.

To increase the likelihood of a sale, ensure clear and professional-quality images.

 Required Photo Angles:

• Front View – Full shot of the item.

• Side & Back Views – To showcase overall condition.

• Close-ups of Details – Brand labels, stitching, special features.

• Interior Shots – Lining and inner compartments for bags/shoes.

• Sole of Shoes – To show wear level.

• Any Flaws – Capture minor imperfections.

 

Photo Requirements:

• Well-lit, neutral background (natural light is best).

• High resolution, no blurry or cluttered images.

• No excessive filters or edits that misrepresent the item.

1. How does the consignment process work?

Simply submit your items for review, and once approved, we handle listing, marketing, and sales. When your item sells, you receive payment after commission deductions.

2. What brands/items do you accept?

We accept high-quality clothing, accessories, and selected home goods. We do not accept  damaged items.

3. How do I get paid?

Payments are processed on request or within 7 days of an item selling via bank transfer or PayPal.

4. What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

If an item remains unsold after 3-6 months, you can choose to have it returned (at your cost) or donated.

5. Can I change my mind after submitting an item?

Yes, but a retrieval fee may apply if we’ve already listed your item.

6. Pick up & store service

Is limited to within M25. Outside M25 items to be shipped via 3rd party.
